They were very polite when i came in and made my first experience at the brook a pleasant one, and so i would be highly likely to use their services again in the future.

Was really uncomfortable going for contraceptive help, but the staff were kind and listened to my concerns and reassured me. They talked me through everything and made the whole process much less intimidating.

It took a little while to get through on the phone, but that’s understandable, and wasn’t an issue.

Chris was so lovely and helpful and did everything to help which is very appreciated would definitely recommend if my friend needed help.

I was nervous going in but the staff put me at ease and went through everything step by step, the people in there were lovely and i didnt once feel judged.

Felt completely comfortable. Chris was lovely and kind with me, went through everything perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for better care.
